The Visual Brain - Coaching, Neuroscience, and Points of You - Lauren Paparone
The human brain is a visual brain. Pictures trump words for retaining memory, generating authentic dialogue, arousing emotions, and expanding perspectives. This experiential program will explore the effectiveness of visual stimuli in a coaching program. Adding visual tools to your coaching tool-box is an effective way to: break barriers, create AHA moments, overcome blocks, and make your coaching programs more effective.

- Explore basic neuroscience findings with respect to coaching
- Learn the role of visual stimuli in the brain
- Discover the power of a "pause"
- Learn the value of storytelling to maximize the brain's resources

She served for over 31 years in management positions at IBM developing programs for multi-national clients in the manufacturing, healthcare, communications, education, technology, and entertainment industries.
