Cutting Edge Conversations: Preparing to EnJOY the Holidays

Come meet other coaches at the end of your work day and relax as you engage in dialogue on a current coaching challenge.  Every month we will be focusing on a hot topic for lively discussion.

Attendance limited to 20.

Join us in this in-depth dialogue to support coaches and members of the community in making time to design how they wish to spend, experience, and enjoy their holiday season.

What if you could carve out an hour to prepare and plan out how you’d really like to experience the holidays? This workshop will discuss how you can take steps to create a holiday season that works for you and to create the intention to spend time preparing to enjoy the winter holiday season.

This interactive session will help participants reflect upon:
• What type of holiday experience they want to have
• How to set an intention for the holidays
• Ways to manage stress, including identifying what triggers emotions at this time of the year
• Creating the experience they desire

Join our ICF-Raleigh chapter member and President Elect, Brigitta Theleman, Professional Coach who works with teams and graduate business students in support of their teaming and communication effectiveness. She serves as Director of Global Integration for the OneMBA® Program.
