WHY ATTEND THE ICF RALEIGH CHAPTER CONFERENCE?
As an innovative chapter that won 3 awards in less than 3 years, our chapter's mission is to
embrace, engage, enrich, and empower our community. The conference will invite attendees to practice the art of conscious conversation and to shift their attention from individual concerns and judgment to a turning toward our fellow human beings with compassion, curiosity, and appreciation.
What is Conscious Conversation?
The art of conscious conversation is the expression of appreciation, respect and concern for others within our community/team/organization. It is a living process that involves awareness, attention, and presence.
This conference is about partnerships, it is about sharing ideas and resources. It is about committing to the change you want to see without the need to convince others that what they do or think is wrong. You will come away imbued with confidence and empowered to stake an authentic claim for your business/ leadership vision.

Today’s leaders can lead this movement by making a conscious effort to hold relevant conversations that build meaningful relationships, improve employee engagement and retention paving the way for a sustainable and satisfying work environment. explore with as many C perspectives as possible, to practice conscious listening and to connect with others.
The first part of the conference is designed for you to follow a logical and intuitive incremental process of becoming conscious. After a creative discussion about the theme, we will have an experience for you to become present with the different dimensions of yourself, and then, you will bring your conscious awareness to another.
Lastly, you will bring your conscious awareness to the group incorporating everything that you have already experienced earlier. All this will require your willingness to play, replacing judgment with yourself and others by your authentic curiosity and compassion.SCHEDULE OF THE DAY
