Please join us for our next meeting where we will introduce the art of Appreciative Coaching.  SIG member Belinda Jennette will guide us through the key components of this transformational process.  You will learn how to use powerful questioning and dialogue, reflective listening, and create meaningful metaphors that support the goals and dreams of the coaching client.

Belinda Jennette works as a Business Operations Project Manager at SAS Institute in the Corporate Services Division.  She has a BS in Engineering from Rutgers University in New Jersey and an MBA from Regis University in Denver.  She is also certified as a PMP (Project Management Professional).  She manages Operations projects and programs and as well as process improvement activities.  Belinda has experience in a variety of industries including software, chemicals, mining and biotech.  She believes that process improvement activities should also be focused on people issues, and she enjoys using Appreciative Inquiry in her coaching.
