The first day of Fall is September 22, where we will begin to experience the beautiful colors of leaves and cooler temperatures, just to name a few natural changes. How will you receive these natural changes?

This nature bathing retreat at Umstead Park is a great way to reconnect with nature and learn how Mother Earth copes with all seasonal changes. Join Co-Active Coaches Amal Essader and Trevor Timbeck to learn how to prepare for a new season in your life and what that means for your legacy. In this event, you will learn how to:

    • Leave the busyness of your life and focus on what matters to you most

    • Slow your breathing to connect your mind with your body

    • Slow your walking to notice the smaller things in nature

    • Reflect on your new learning and connect with Mother Earth

You will walk away with a renewed perspective on your endless capacity for change and growth by writing your own legacy.

We’d love for you to come with a companion, if you choose to do so; however, your electronic devices are not considered a companion!

Dress for comfort. We will have the event independent of the weather; we have a shelter just in case.

Please meet us at Shelter #1 (Crabtree Entrance).

Last Fall when Lisa  Gabriel and I chose Resilience in Times of Volatility for the topic for our 5th annual Having It All event we were focused on the volatility of the companies in our area with all of the acquisitions, mergers and buy outs.

Then the news broke about the multitudinous sexual misconduct situations involving those out of politics and those in politics.

And then...The massacre at the high school in Florida.

And now...the bombs in Austin, Texas

Join the conversation April 10, 2018.

This is a personal invitation for coaches to purchase a table of 10 for the discounted price of $400 or purchase individual tickets at $45. We sell out every year.

If you are interested, I handle group sales. Eventbrite is only for individual sales.

If you have questions my cell is 850.384.4874. Betsy Smith

What are the benefits to coaches?

    1. The event is structured so that people really get to know each other - not merely exchange business cards. LiIelong friendships have been made.

    2. The panelists are experts in Resilience. You might learn new strategies.

    3. Companies that have been in attendance, BD, Bayer Crop Sciences, BCBSNC, QVidia, World Wide Clinical Trials (presenting sponsor this year).

    Hope to see you there!
