The answers to these questions can teach you much about yourself. • Monday, July 18, 2016 2:46 PM | Regina Bartolone

If you enjoyed Regina's improv workshop in June after the ICF RAC New Member Breakfast, here's your chance to play for an entire afternoon! And if you missed the workshop, come and join us for an afternoon of mindful play and creativity! No improv experience is necessary!

If you’re thinking, “Improv sounds like fun, but I’m not clever or funny enough for it,” or "I'm just too scared!"
