    Check it out.

    Purpose: To explode coaches’ practices

Who will attend? Coaches who are ready to kick butt and exponentially grow their business in 90 days

You studied coaching, dutifully did your practice coaching for hours, passed the exam and now – you are a coach.

If you coach – they will come. Well, not so much. Time after time coaches express their chagrin to me because they have few (or no) clients. Frequently I hear “I’m seriously considering a full time job outside of coaching.” This work group is designed to help frustrated coaches ignite their coaching business.

In this group, we will focus on jump-starting your coaching practice, no matter how many years you have been a coach. This is not a class, seminar or workshop. It is a work/accountability group.

We all know that a successful coaching business has a clearly defined segment/market, a Business Plan, a Marketing Plan and a budget (ha). During the 90 Day Kick Butt Action Group, each person will focus on their unique issue(s) – marketing plan, business plan, niche identification, etc. At the end of the 90 days, each person will have achieved their individual goals.

Here’s how this works. We meet in person on the first, fourth and sixth meeting. The other meetings are held virtually.

    Session 1 – Thursday August 16

    11:30 AM – 1: 30PM

Place: Travinia, Hwy 54 and Cary Pkwy

Smart Ways to Build Stamina is an 8-week online class that will help people develop better sleep, food, mood, and exercise habits so that they can look and feel their best for the spring. Sign up here for this completely online program that will guide you through a series of activities that progressively build and strengthen health habits:
    •  Be in the prime of your life even if you can’t spend 10 hours a week in a gym
    •  Control your food cravings and enjoy - yes, enjoy! - healthier foods
    •  Sleep tight at night
    •  Snap back after setbacks
    •  Become your best possible self
Learn directly from MJ Shaar and Kathryn Britton, authors of Healthy Living Bestseller Smarts and Stamina: The Busy Person’s Guide to Optimal Health and Performance
"One of the big things I have discovered so far is that focusing on an area of health like sleep or food through the activities the class offers (with a lot of great feedback from the book's authors I must add) really can raise awareness of unconscious habits that don't work well any longer. Through better focus--mindfulness--I'm creating new habits that are already working better. So you CAN teach yourself--however old you are--new tricks!" L.
