Raleigh Coaching, LLC announces: Raleigh Coaching Academy!

A new local ICF-aligned Life Coach Certification training program for those interested in becoming a certified coach.

    The Right Fit
One of the biggest challenges aspiring coaches face in choosing the right coach training program is being sure that the curriculum’s focus will be aligned with the type of coaching they wish to offer. Raleigh Coaching Academy was created with this in mind, and rather than delivering the same static content repeatedly, tailors each class to meet the specific needs of the students enrolled.

    Optional Curriculum Focus Areas
Life Transition, Leadership, Relationship, Career, Mindfulness, Energy & Consciousness

    Intimate Interactive Learning
Each class session begins with an overview and explanation of that week’s lesson, followed by interactive discussion of real-life scenarios (shared by both instructor and students) that illustrate the topic. Depending on the week’s topic, students will participate in in-class practice coaching as a way to solidify their personal experience and understanding of the material covered.

    Flexible Scheduling
Since many coaches-in-training have full-time jobs and otherwise hectic lives, weekly classes are scheduled to meet the specific needs of the students enrolled.

After successful completion of the required 32 weeks of coach training, a self-study research project and a minimum of 30 hours of coaching practice outside of class, students will received a Certification of Completion, which represents 60-hours of ICF Coach Specific Training and can be used towards the ICF Portfolio Application Process to obtain Associate Certified Coach (ACC) distinction.
