Audio/Visual Release PolicyAnyone who attends an ICF-RAC event must agree to the following policy.
|
ICF Raleigh utilizes the Zoom platform to present online programs and events. Some programs and events may be recorded.* If the recording will be distributed to program participants or made available via the ICF Raleigh Website, consent (verbal or in writing) must be obtained prior to the event production from the producers, hosts, and presenters.
Shared videos will be edited by the Programs Committee to exclude all parties except the producers, hosts, and presenters. Q&A that is recorded will be cut from the recording unless it purely clarifies the presenter(s) material. Any portion of the recording that is deemed particularly vulnerable or could be taken out of context must be cut from the video.
Prior to sharing the video with participants or making available behind ICF Raleigh’s paywall, the producers, hosts, and at least one member of the Programs Committee (not video editor) will review the final video production to ensure it has been properly edited.
*Registrants are required to acknowledge and agree to the ICF Raleigh Audio/Video Policy when registering for a program or event online.
