He serves as a certified Executive Coach and Senior Consultant providing strategic direction and delivery of quality, career management services to professionals around the world. He is and ICF PCC level certified coach and a positive intelligence coach. He also was one of the co-founders of the North Carolina Rutgers Board of Directors, and served as advisor to the Executive Director of the Chapel Hill Training Outreach Project.
