Summary Statement
Art is a "truth-telling" coach not a "feel-good" coach. He coaches executives and senior managers on how to adopt a more supportive, inclusive and interdependent “21st Century” leadership style. With a focus on transparency, accountability and agility, he helps people change their deeply ingrained habits in order to build a more responsive, trusting, and engaged workforce.
Coaching Philosophy
Art does four things:
1) Develops a trusting relationship
2) Increases coachee awareness
3) Co-creates behavioral goals and personal change plans
4) Helps hold coachee accountable to themself

You do one thing:
1) Kaizan or continuously improve

Because Art does “truth telling” coaching and not “feel good” coaching, it increases the likelihood that you will reach your goals. This may also significantly reduces the number of needed sessions which in turn lower the over all cost per coaching engagement.
