Greetings! Thanks for taking the time to read my profile. By way of background, I am a native North Carolinian and am delighted to be back in NC, after spending a number of years in other parts of the US. I have spent the last two decades as a leader in technology and sales assisting a range of clients from large corporations to educational institutions to achieve their organizational goals. As a sales leader, i became increasingly interested in supporting staff in their personal and professional growth and development. I've observed how profoundly performance and teamwork are impacted when someone is able to transform what is standing in their way. Seeing and supporting this kind of growth and change moves and inspires me - and it led me to seek training as a coach. I use my coaching skills and my business knowledge to support my clients as they take on the challenges they are facing.
