As a business and career coach, I help seasoned professionals in refining their effectiveness and working collaboratively, new professionals entering the job market, older adults re-entering the job market, and individuals discerning career transitions and career decisions.
I am an ICF Certified Business & Career Coach with a special emphasis on Social and Emotional Intelligence coaching. With a background in psychology and counseling, I focus on helping individuals understand their own inner desires, motivations, and barriers. I am passionate about helping individuals become empowered to create and live the life they desire.
With a doctorate in Higher Education Administration from North Carolina State University, I have a comprehensive background spanning both higher education and private industry including more than 10 years' experience creating academic and career success strategies for undergraduate and graduate students.
My experience in private industry includes more than ten years in project management in two educationally-based companies. Through these positions, I have extensive experience in project management, research and development, sales and sales training.
