Tracy Jenkins is an ICF credentialed Executive Leadership Coach who values motivating others toward goal achievement, strengths-based, individual-centered guidance and solutions-focused assessment to enable professionals to generate change in their lives and make forward-thinking career decisions. Currently, Tracy serves as an Executive Coach at UNC Health.

Tracy has experience in industry having worked in training and development, as well as clinical research for Glaxo Smith Kline. With an extensive background in academics and coaching, Tracy has served in various roles as an advisor, professional speaker and mentor, professor, and academic and executive leadership coach at North Carolina State University, the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and Louisburg College. She received a doctoral degree from North Carolina State University in Educational Research and Policy Analysis and BS from the University of Illinois. Tracy is a credentialed coach (PCC) having received her coaching and Energy Leadership Index credentials from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (CPC).

I deliver strengths-based executive leadership coaching that is based on an action-oriented partnership.
