Currently, Tracy owns and operates tracyjenkins coaching LLC, a career and academic coaching business, and delivers workshops and training for career network groups and business professionals.
Tracy has experience in industry having worked in training and development, as well as clinical research for Glaxo Smith Kline. With an extensive background in academics and coaching, Tracy has served in various roles as an advisor, professional speaker and mentor, professor, and academic and executive leadership coach at North Carolina State University, the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and Louisburg College. She received a doctoral degree from North Carolina State University in Educational Research and Policy Analysis and BS from the University of Illinois. Tracy is a certified coach (ACC) having received her coaching and Energy Leadership Index credentials from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (CPC).
