Coaching Philosophy
In my experience as a Change Management consultant and line HR executive, I focused on organizational support for change efforts. Now as a business coach, I am focused on that same change curve, but now supporting individuals. My goal is to help my clients appropriately accelerate through the change curve and quickly become productive in whatever new role they are adopting. While focused on business transitions, I do recognize that people bring their whole selves to work; making it through the change curve in a business situation may involve personal transitions, as well.
