Bio
Alberto is a multicultural executive coach who has worked with a diverse clientele from Europe, North and South America, Asia and the Middle East. A multilingual coach trainer, he is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian and French. As an executive coach, he brings a lifelong experience as an entrepreneur, owning companies that have served both small and large corporations. He has held positions as director and vice president in the service and manufacturing sectors. He holds certifications from the prestigious Coaches Training Institute (CPCC) and The International Coach Federation (PCC). Passionate about designing coaching models and leadership education, he founded MINDGATE Executive Coaching & Leadership to serve C-Suite's CEOs, Chairmen, COOs, CFOs, Directors, Board and top management in corporations and organizations . Alberto is an international faculty member of the Coaches Training Institute, where he leads training and supervises students in the certification program all over the world. Holding a Master's Degree in Design from the Universita Internazionale De'll Arte Di Firenze, he brings an extensive creative experience to the coaching process.
