Bio
Julia is an experienced Global HR Leader and strategic business partner with 25 years of experience in multiple business divisions of GE, Genworth, and Quintiles (now IQVIA). She has a proven track record of designing and delivering organizational & people strategies to navigate complex global, economic, & industry challenges and achieve business results. She understands how change and corporate culture affect team and individual performance. She is experienced in managing in a highly matrixed and geographically dispersed environment.
Julia began her career in GE’s Leadership Development Program. She has 12 years of experience outside HR with roles ranging from process improvement, project/change management, Operations, Marketing and Six Sigma Quality before transitioning into HR. Julia spent 13 years in global human resources roles in client management, change management, organizational development, talent management, new markets set-up and learning operations. She worked abroad for three years as a Global HR Leader in an expatriate assignment in London. In 2016, Julia resigned to start her own business and pursue her passion of Leadership & Executive Coaching full-time.
Julia has a BA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a GE certified Six Sigma Quality Master Black Belt. She completed Raleigh Coaching Academy’s Authentic Leadership Coaching program and is a certified member of the International Coaching Federation.
