The sources of disruption are multiplying— new technologies, new market opportunities, new business models, new kinds of competition, new customer needs and desires, and more. This unprecedented change, along with leaders’ heightened aspirations, has ushered in the era of always-on transformation. Transformation has become the status quo; at a given moment, companies typically have several transformations underway.
