Summary Statement
I believe in setting up new leaders for success by providing them with coaching for their development. How do I do this? I created a successful 6-month coaching program for new managers, and I partner with organizations interested in investing in new managers with leadership coaching. I believe in ensuring new leaders have the tools and confidence to lead, which means happier employees, lower turnover, better business results, and fewer morale and performance problems. A leader who has increased confidence in their role will make better decisions for clients and address personnel issues more quickly, yielding improved business results.
