I am an executive leadership coach who empowers business owners, executives and managers who want less stress and more success in life, work, and leadership. I am an expert in leadership and team building from extensive experience working with businesses and non-profits.
I bring my own signature presence of values, passion, creativity, and discerning wisdom to any given moment with clients and as a speaker. I specialize in helping leaders navigate transitions, growth, and actualizing potential in business and personnel. RCC exists because of my passion to invest in leaders and organizations to make a difference in the world.
I am a coach trainer with the Center for Coaching Excellence whose mission is "Training leaders and coaches with coaching excellence for lasting influence". We conduct ICF-ACSTH ACC and PCC training in the Raleigh/Durham area.
