Who are you? Who do you want to be? How does that align with what your colleagues, friends and family say about you? Does your LinkedIn profile tell your story? Do your Google results support it? How about your personal presence, whether leading a meeting, delivering a presentation or in an interview? How well do you manage your objective and key results? And how about your leadership skills: up, down and across?
There are a lot of questions. The challenge is finding the answers that are right for you.
Tracy Wallingford helps you do just that. She partners with her clients to help them define their personal brand: clarifying what makes them unique, communicating those strengths effectively, and creating a clear path to achieve their goals with confidence.
From her early days in advertising in NYC, Tracy has been an evangelist for testing, measuring, learning, and applying the results to increase value. That hasn't changed - and her coaching engagements, like marketing projects, are goal-oriented. Whether it is defining your goals, developing your elevator pitch,
seeking a new job or promotion, finding balance and success in your current role, or honing your networking skills as you plan a return to the workforce after a career break, Tracy works with you to achieve the results you desire.
To her work, Tracy brings over twenty years of marketing experience with organizations as diverse as industry-leader Compaq Computer Corporation to .com era start-ups. She works with individual clients, rising corporate stars, teams
and students. Currently, she serves as an MBA Leadership Coach for Kenan-Flagler at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Communications Consultant for first-year MBA students at NC State University. As an Adjunct Instructor at the SMU Cox School of Business, she taught presentation techniques to MBA students, and in 2017 received her ACC accreditation from the
International Coach Federation. Her unique background allows her to help clients tell their story, engage their audience and be their best self.
New to the Raleigh-Durham area, Tracy relocated from Dallas, TX, with her husband, Scott, a software executive, and their two school-age children. She is involved with her profession and her community, currently serving as Board Treasurer for the Raleigh Area Chapter of the International Coach Federation,
Chair of the Literacy Committee for a local DAR Chapter, and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Raleigh.
Tracy received her M.S. in Management Science with a concentration in Executive Coaching and Organizational Behavior from the University of Texas at Dallas and her B.A. with Honors in Economics from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in Lynchburg, Virginia.
