As a former therapist, and now coach-for-life, I help clients redirect their lives. By understanding where you are and where you want to be, we work together to figure out how you can get there. I am also an experienced mentor coach for ACC & PCC coaches wanting to renew their certification or become ICF certified. I have facilitated & trained new coaches in many cohorts of 2 coach training programs and am experienced in providing feedback for ICF certification.
I am based in Raleigh, NC, and work with clients throughout the US. I trained and transformed into a certified life coach after relocating to the US from the UK, where I practiced as a therapist for many years. This unique combination of experience provides a deep level of appreciation for people with diverse challenges who want to move forward.
I am a PCC Global Member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a member of the ICF Raleigh Chapter.
