VIRTUAL PRESENTATIONS
Everyone has a due by date, what matters now?
One thing that COVID has taught us is that life is short and in an instant, our journey can be over. So what’s important now? What have you learned about yourself, your life and others that you hadn’t thought of before? How can we discover what it is that we want to direct our energy towards? How can we be content with what we do? Part of this may be to forget the past and focus on what we can control, which is the present.

What could possibly go right?!
There is so much negative energy in the world today that often we think, is there any good? Stepping away from the news and all the drama and focusing on being aware of the good can lead us in a much better direction for the future. This talk focuses on gratitude, focusing on each part of our day and how these simple moments can teach us how to appreciate the little things.

When Life Falls Apart, You Don’t Have to
Every one of us will experience stress, loss, trauma and grief in our lives. It’s what we learn and how we rebound from challenging times that is important. Resilience is a skill that we develop as life happens, and research shows that resilience is necessary for survival and growth in difficult times. In this presentation, we’ll talk about resilience and how life’s challenges give us opportunities for growth.

No more as is, Change the World
Did you know that there are scientifically proven benefits of being kind? Studies show that we are happier when we are kind to others and kindness starts with being kind to yourself. In this interactive presentation we’ll explore how we can be kinder to ourselves, share the research behind kindness and discuss ways you can do random acts of kindness at home, at work and in your community. One act of kindness can change your day, your week and even your life. One act of kindness can change someone else’s life too.
