With over 30 years of experience, I am a seasoned executive, prepared by education and enriched by experience. I combine both a deep knowledge of human resources, coaching and consulting skills, competencies and abilities that support innovative and forward-thinking solutions for my clients. I am skilled at partnering with cross-functional teams, developing and revising strategies to ensure continued progress towards goals, as well as undertaking new and unique challenges while building and maintaining positive relationships within multi-cultural, and multi-generational environments. I have an excellent track record of partnering with my clients to support them in meeting and exceeding their overall objectives and goals.

I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from North Carolina Central University and an Executive MBA from Washington University. I completed the MentorCoach Coach Training Program and earned the designation as a Certified MentorCoach (CMC). I am also a member of the International Coach Federation, the Gold Standard in coaching around the world, and earned the certification status of Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
