A compassionate, certified professional coach, ordained minister, published author, life group facilitator, and women's empowerment speaker whose purpose is to partner with women broken from toxic relationships and navigating their way through painful places of transition. As a result of skillful and compassionate coaching, I build collaborative partnerships with my clients to help them determine their goals, identify their obstacles, and strategize a plan to overcome them. I skillfully help them gain clarity and confidence by providing them with the tools necessary to increase their emotional and relational intelligence, embrace their self-worth, establish boundaries and accomplish life fulfilling goals.
