Bio
After 30 years as a software engineer, I earned a Master of Applied Positive Psychology degree in 2006. My approach to coaching has been shaped both by my long experience as a mentor and team leader in industry and by my solid grounding in the scientific study of human well-being.
I belong to the Silicon Valley Change executive coaching network. We work primarily with mid-level managers and executives to help them take action to benefit the business and move their careers forward.

I also serve as a writing coach. I've facilitated workshop reviews of more than 800 pieces of writing. I work individually and in workshops to help people build writing skill and confidence.
