Coaching Philosophy
My approach to coaching leaders involves meeting them where they are, helping them get clear about what they want, and partnering with them as they choose how to go about achieving that. Often it involves helping clients identify their values, reflect on their interpretations of what's going on around them, recognize their assumptions and limiting beliefs, and consider what mindset and behaviors are needed to support their goals. I enjoy debriefing 360 assessments, which can be an uncomfortable and vulnerable experience for leaders. My focus is on helping people process feedback from others to increase their self-awareness, and turn any stings or surprises from the information into something valuable for them to take action on.
