Bio
Brigitta is an executive and leadership coach whose experience includes working as an internal leadership coach for The Boeing Company. At Boeing she coached site executives, senior managers, first-line leaders and aspirational individual contributors. Her clients represented Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Finance, Research & Technology, Supplier Management, and Business Operations. Her background includes coaching graduate business students and professionals of various levels and backgrounds to optimize their communication and teaming effectiveness. She specializes in helping people process feedback from superiors and teammates to increase self-awareness and personal effectiveness.
Prior to joining Boeing, Brigitta was Director of Global Integration for the OneMBA® Program, the world’s only global executive MBA program delivered in equal partnership by five schools located in Brazil, China, Mexico, The Netherlands and the United States. Before that, she spent nearly seven years as Director of the OneMBA® Program at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School where she recruited global MBA students, planned and managed global residencies, and coached students on both domestic and global teams.
She has provided leadership coaching services to MBA students at North Carolina State University, and currently serves as an executive coach for MBA students at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additional roles she’s held include Project Director at Duke Corporate Education, Internal Consultant and PMO Manager at Sara Lee Corporation, and Project Coordinator at BB&T.
Brigitta has a BA in Communication from North Carolina State University and an MA in Communication Studies (Interpersonal and Organizational Communication) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her master’s thesis examined what executives and corporations desire from MBA recruits. She’s completed graduate coursework in Career Counseling and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She’s certified to debrief assessments such as CCL’s Benchmarks®, PROFILOR®, MBTI®, DISC, and the Energy Leadership Index. She’s also a certified InsideOut Coaching facilitator.
Brigitta earned her professional coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and is credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She holds a certificate in Cross-Cultural Savvy for Global Business from UNC and served as president of the ICF Raleigh Area chapter in 2015.
