Coaching Philosophy
I view behavior as an output of systems, not willpower. Drawing from systems thinking, I help clients identify the underlying patterns, feedback loops, and environmental structures shaping their actions and emotions. Change becomes possible when we shift those systems—reducing shame, increasing agency, and creating conditions where desired behaviors emerge more naturally. Beyond awareness, my role is to partner with clients in designing experiments that align with how their brain actually works, especially in the context of ADHD and neurodiversity.
