Leadership Agility is the ability to take wise and effective action in today’s complex, fast paced environment. As leaders become more agile, they become more visionary, more collaborative, more creative and more proactive in learning from their experience.

About Kim Conklin, ACC
KC Consulting provides practical HR solutions for business. We work with C-level and corporate management to address Change, Turnaround, Growth and HR Processes. Our specialties are Executive Coaching and HR Assessments, as well as implementing Talent Management, Performance Management and Leadership Assessment Processes.
Kim Conklin brings over two decades of global HR experience in Fortune 10 and private organizations, including eleven years with General Electric. Her industry experience includes aerospace, food and beverage, consumer products, electrical distribution, plastics, financial services, chemicals, energy and smart grid technology.
Her most recent role was as Chief People Officer of a privately held $925MM global technology company, spanning 16 countries and over 3,700 employees. While there, she created a global HR organization to support US, Europe and China. She implemented global HR processes, including performance management, talent management and a global career framework that included a global banding structure and country-specific salary ranges and incentive targets.
She holds an MBA from Pennsylvania State University and a BA in Organizational Resource Management and Business Administration from Mercyhurst College. She obtained her Professional Coach Certification through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
In addition, Kim is certified to deliver the Center for Creative Leadership’s 360° Assessment Suite, CentACS’s Workplace Big Five Profile and Workplace Performance 360°, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She administers the FIRO-B, FIRO-Business and Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode instruments as well. She holds Zenger Miller and DDI trainer certifications, and Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
