Cutting Edge Conversations:

Giving The Gift of Presence to Yourself and Others

What if the key to finding calm in the chaos and creating more balance could be found in 3 simple words? Be more present. Join us for an interactive discussion about how giving the gift of presence to ourselves and others can enrich your life over the holidays and beyond.

In this workshop, we will discuss what it means to be more present, the effect it can have on you and others, and explore the following together:

  • What does ‘being present’ look like?
  • How can you tell when you are/are not being present?
  • What triggers being/not being present for you?
  • What are some advantages of being present?
  • What are ways you can help yourself be more present?
  • What suggestions do you have for others?
  • How can being present impact your relationships, health, productivity, and happiness?
