Self-awareness is frequently viewed as the beginning point of many successful coaching relationships. But how do you open discussions that center on awareness of self with adults? Adults have typically grown to believe that they know who they are. These thoughts and beliefs can often be strongly associated with challenges and conflicts that arise at work and in relationships. We will discuss experiences and approaches to help give a deeper understanding of how this sensitive subject can be used more effectively
