In this unique discussion you’ll learn how, when and where patterns form in dialogue, in habits and the world-at-large. We’ll explore the micro and macro levels of perception and use patterns found in nature called fractals to expose some fascinating underlying structure that can help you deepen your relationship with your clients, your coaching practice and yourself.

French mathematician Benoit Mandelbrot once said, “A fractal is a way of seeing infinity.” As a coach, it’s our incredible role to foster possibility. Come! Let’s explore what’s possible together! Expect to walk away with useful coaching tools that touch on important competencies.

Our facilitator is Annelies M. Gentile, MA, ACC, founder of Conduit for Change, LLC. As an Integrative Leadership coach, consultant and facilitator she empowers people to lead sustainable change from the inside out. Enhanced by mindfulness, science, nature, and creative collaboration, clients are reminded how to address and honor the wholeness of life, not just the pieces, which helps solve fundamental problems from a unique and refreshing vantage point.

Besides ICF cerification, Annelies holds a Master’s and Post-Baccalaureate in Health and Wellness Coaching from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, a BA in Social Change and additional grad studies in Conflict Transformation and Peace-building in Switzerland. She’s worked with people in a multi-cultural, intimate, creative and transformative way since 1992, and is an expert at pin-pointing people’s strengths and barriers while evoking their best to come forth. Her “secret sauce” strategy is compassion, which guides people to step-up, break-free and claim ownership of their extraordinary role in humanity’s unfolding story.

She has a proven track record of helping clients solve problems, improve communication and bridge transition. Her client list spans from VIP executives, senior management, physicians, therapists, coaches, universities, hospitals, non-profits, entrepreneurs, small to medium sized businesses, and scores of passionate professionals facing major life and/or work transitions or crossroads.

PERSONAL STATEMENT: “I’m passionate about patterns, systems and weaving nature’s genius into my work as a leader, facilitator, educator, coach, artist and healer. I find it a unique skill to recognize and apply useful tools gained from observing macro and micro worlds. It may be natural for us for take notice of patterns but I find it’s not always natural to apply its hidden wisdom, that’s a learned skill. I’m elated to share my wisdom and learn from you in this unique ICF cutting edge conversation!”
