Redefining Freedom for Self, Practice and Clients
How we define freedom sets the tone for how we show up in the world, our practice and most importantly, our impact on clients.
At its heart, coaching is about redefining freedom and stepping through your deepest fears to redefine reality and YOUR role within it. This holds true for both client and coach alike. To do this, we need to cultivate the courage to ruthlessly seek out and reshape our interactions with the world within and around us.
Redefining freedom is rooted in courage. Here the status quo is simply unacceptable. Having an uninhibited yet fully conscious sense of freedom, i.e., the strength and integrity to illuminate the perceived limitations, gives rise to an unexpected dynamic of vulnerability, freedom and mutual support in our coaching conversations.

Join our March facilitator, S. Barton Cutter, CPCC, ACC as we take an in-depth look at how we can redefine freedom for ourselves, our practices and our clients. Come ready to share!
