With over 25 years of teaching and leadership development experience, Melinda has worked with an array of clients – from middle schoolers to executive - and is committed to serve emerging leaders at all levels. Her skills as a coach and facilitator has impacted a variety of client organizations including Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, School of Nursing, The University of North Carolina, North Carolina State and Wake Forest Universities.
