Group Coaching: The Power and the Potential

When done correctly, group coaching can be a powerful addition to a coaching portfolio. Just like individual coaching, clients can experience profound shifts and realize inspired results. Yet the concept can be intimidating to us coaches. Where will the group meet? How will we operate? Can I as a coach keep up with the myriad of dynamics and still deliver a powerful experience?

In this Cutting Edge Conversation, we will explore:

  • What is group coaching, and how do you distinguish it from team coaching?
  • The advantages and benefits (and potential pitfalls) of offering group coaching
  • What are the best ways for a coach to manage group dynamics?
  • How do we best distinguish group coaching from a mastermind?
  • And more….

Join our August facilitator, Kioka Dunston, ACC|CPEC|CALC, as we discover and share the joys and concerns of group coaching.
