Life is like a large theater where each one of us has a role to play in different scenarios. As a matter of fact, we all play multiple roles during the day without realizing it. For example, today, I am a daughter, sister, wife, mother, coworker, friend, and coach. I play all these roles in one day and because I’m able to do that I have acquired unique skills that are very useful for my coaching clients. How is that possible?

In this CEC, we will discuss:

  • What is your role as a coach?
  • How do your other roles in life impact your coaching?
  • How can you relate to your clients through understanding your own roles?
Facilitator: Amal Essader
