Join ICF-RAC for our first Movies that Matter discussion where we will view The Shadow Effect created by Debbie Ford, Deepak Chopra, and Marianne Williamson.

On the fifth anniversary of Debbie Ford's passing, a previously unpublished manuscript of Ford’s was recently released.  At the same time, the issues presented in The Shadow Effect are still seen on the world stage and mirrored in how we are personally triggered by our coaching clients, our interactions, and the events around us. This movie shows how important it is to understand and integrate our shadows, both light and dark. The Shadow Effect highlights the influence of the shadow in our lives and the lives of our clients.

Come grab a bag of popcorn and a box of candy and sit down with coaching friends to watch The Shadow Effect. Mindy Schrager, an Integrative Coach certified through The Ford Institute, will facilitate a shadow trick or two regarding your own shadows and projections.

The Facilitator: Mindy Schrager is an ICF ACC credentialed coach whose  focus on transformation and growth was fueled by her corporate career driving change and her own personal healing journey.  During her healing journey, she attended Debbie Ford’s life-changing Shadow Process workshop, which led her to become an Integrative Coach, certified through JFK University and The Ford Institute in Best Year of Your Life, Spiritual Divorce, Blueprint, and Courage Coaching.  She has certifications in other transformational approaches such as Voice Dialogue, Family Constellations, Systemic Dynamics in Organizations, Barrett Values, and NLP, among others.  Mindy blends these approaches with her 30+ year corporate career working for industry-leading organizations (Motorola, Fidelity Investments, IBM) driving quality and process change through cross-organizational collaboration.  Whether it is getting to the root cause of corporate dysfunction or shining the light on hidden patterns that keep us from flourishing, Mindy uses a systemic approach to support people to step into a new or expanded expression of themselves.
