Facilitator: Conduit for Change, Annelies M. Gentile, MA, ACC helps professionals navigate change, mindfully and creatively with eyes wide open. She is a life and leadership expert who serves executives, entrepreneurs and organizations by helping them get present and think differently to design strategies to cope and re-imagine what's next and what's possible. Annelies believes it is vitally important to find creative ways to connect to one another and to one’s self especially when facing or leading change. She facilitates a whole-systems approach to personal transformation and professional development so that clients feel free to take sustainable action towards their goals— leading with intention from the inside out. Some top tier issues she helps her clients address are facilitating strategy, stress-reduction, conflict resolution, building resiliency, coping with grief, reducing compassion fatigue, and improving communications within teams and partnerships. Her world-wide experience and previous two-decade career in visual arts, tv, film and theater add extraordinary value, which is topped with formal education including a master’s degree in coaching from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
