Choose One Word to set the course and direction for your new year. Create and connect clarity, passion and purpose to your year's journey. By living through a single word that is meant just for you, take the opportunity to experience a renewed sense of significance and focus throughout the coming year.
In this Cutting Edge Conversation we will explore:
What One Word did you choose to set your intention for 2020 and how did you come to choose it?
How can your One Word impact or change the way you live each day?
How can your One Word move you from busyness to purposeful action?
How do you anticipate your One Word will stretch you outside your comfort zone?
How can we encourage clients to explore the One Word approach to set intentions?

A little bit about Tracy: I am a Leadership coach who empowers my clients to own their strengths so they can take their life and career to the next level. I support my clients to manage life transitions and balance life’s competing priorities for their time and energy. In 2018, I completed an epic life adventure traveling the US and Canada with my husband and dog. I am now settled in Durham, NC and when not taking in the local sights and culinary delights, you can find me volunteering to walk shelter dogs or reading up on positive psychology while enjoying the beauty in the world around us.
