The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership provides a comprehensive road map to guide you to shift from fear-based to trust-based leadership. It involves being curious over needing to be right, through learning, growing and shifting out of old patterns. Through the practice of conscious leadership, we create more energy, deeper connections and awareness, and sustainable improvements.
In this book club meeting, we will explore what is conscious leadership, what behaviors support conscious leadership, and how we can put these ideas into practice in our day-to-day interactions.
PLEASE NOTE: At the beginning of each meeting we will have a 10-15 minute summary and review of the book. Even if you didn't have time to read the whole book, we will make sure you feel part of the club.

Maria is an executive coach who believes that the paradigm of organizational culture will shift with the creation of conscious leaders. A Merck & Company veteran of 25 years, Maria is all too familiar with corporate America quandaries. The goal of her coaching is for her clients to be extremely successful without having to sacrifice optimal fulfillment in their role and equilibrium in their lives. In 2017, Maria co-founded Assenter Coaching, LLC as a vehicle to custom design trainings to build sustainable coaching cultures. Assenter Coaching LLC has also successfully launched their most ambitious project to date: they have created an ICF accredited Executive Coach Certification Course (XCC) for students who want a more business-minded path to coaching high-potential leaders.
