WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
Becoming a Master Certified Coach goes beyond coaching and training hours. It is transformational journey where your personal style and coach competency development intersects to create a magical experience – for you and your coachee.
Using the Core Competency model, coaches evaluate a 30-minute coaching session to deepen their understanding of the core competencies (#2-11) based on ACC, PCC and MCC levels.
Through individual journaling and reflective thinking in groups, coaches will reflect on evidence-based observations of competencies and select at least one competency to reflect on over the next few weeks.
After two weeks of individual practice, groups are brought together to share their experiences and learning with one another.
