Business SIG | Create Your 30-Day Coaching Program and Pitch It!

Saturdays 10:00 am – 12:00 pm ET
April 17 – June 5, 2021

This SIG qualifies for Resource Development CEUs. Thus, ICF-RAC members will be expected to attend each scheduled session live in order to receive CEUs.

The primary goal of the ICF-RAC Business SIG is to help new and emerging coaches who have identified their target market and are ready to build a framework for a 30-day signature program but also want the tools and scripts to get prospects into their program from Hello to Ka-Ching.

Participants must be a graduate of a Certified Coaching Program or currently enrolled in a Certified Coaching Program and be willing to:

  • attend weekly Zoom meetings and show up on camera.
  • follow etiquette guidelines for participating in an online environment
  • engage in discussions, provide constructive feedback, and work in small break-out rooms.
  • complete assignments through our online learning portal and receive feedback on submissions.

This Business SIG will be facilitated by Kim Gray and Wayne Upchurch, and includes a progressive, project-based curriculum which includes 2-hour Learning Labs that focus on the following topics:

·         It All Begins with a List

·         Gather Your Signature Program Ingredients

·         Add Some Sizzle and Spice to Your Program

·         The Discovery Conversation from Hello to Ka-Ching

And supporting activities such as:

·         Peer Coaching circles on each other’s programs

·         Enrollment in our online learning center for access to all the recordings and materials

·         A 30-Day Challenge to Pitch Your Program

Enrollment closes on April 9.

Learning Labs will run two hours per session. Each Learning Lab session will include break-out room activities. Lecture portions will be recorded and available to members. Activity sheets and exercises will be available through the online learning center.

Wayne Upchurch

Wayne Upchurch: From my professional beginnings as a newspaper staff photographer, and other photographic specialties, to writing/producing/announcing a public radio program, on to stage acting, I have also transformed from a lone-wolf artist into a team player. Listening, has been only one of the metaphoric ways I learned about connection, sensitivity, and curiosity. Interwoven is an innate skill for facilitating personal growth, and a thirst for deepening self-knowledge. I bring a poignant appreciation for sharing this life we’re living to serving our coaching community’s potent gifts for meeting the challenges of this historic time.

The final meeting will be held 30-days after Session 8 as a wrap-up and celebration for those who had success in rolling out their 30-day signature program.
