Are you missing your coaching colleagues? We miss you! 

WHO: YOU! All Coaches, Coaches-To-Be, Friends of Coaches, and anyone interested in learning about coaching are encouraged to participate in the Coach Connect meeting. If you are someone who is passionate about helping coaches advance their career or business, this event is for you too.

WHEN: The 3rd Thursday of each month… Join us this month with our Coach Connect host Ann Leuth and her guest Chris Brookfield, Principal and Team Coach at Heidrick & Struggles and one of our Sponsors for the NC State, Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance Program. Christopher (Chris) Brookfield is a member of Heidrick Consulting. With more than 15+ years as an executive coach, he specializes in supporting CxO, executive team, and senior executive performance and development.


WHAT: IS COACH CONNECT?


-Safe space to connect and learn from other coaches

-Participants to co-create list of future topics

-Opportunities to co-host or host future sessions

-Goal is to leave each session with:

-A “nugget” you can use for your business

-At least one new connection

Whether you are a new coach, a seasoned coach, or you want to learn more about coaching and/or how to become a coach, this event is for you!

We will limit the registration to the first twenty members and affiliates to facilitate conversation in the large group and breakout rooms, and will be happy to host additional sessions if there is demand. You will receive a Zoom link via email the day of the event.


Our Coach Connect guest - Christopher Brookfield:

Chris manages worldwide coaching programs for Fortune 100 companies, and partners with executive search colleagues and clients to support critical talent assessment and development needs.

Chris uses his executive experience and coaching acumen to expand leadership capacity in executives and teams and transfer that learning into meaningful results for the organization. His clients are often still calibrating their leadership shadow and learning how to fully leverage their senior team members and leadership teams. He has coached a diverse set of senior leaders and teams in the Fortune 500 in a range of global and matrix organizations across industry sectors. Chris’ clients say he brings intense energy, intellect, and heart to their sessions. He has coached and supported a variety of senior executives in legacy, start ups, turn-arounds, and high growth situations.

Chris spent 10 years as president, managing, developing and selling a multi-million dollar high-growth company located in Washington, DC.

He is the program director of the Heidrick & Struggles: Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance – International Coach Federation (ICF) certified executive coaching schools at American and Rutgers Universities..

Chris earned an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a B.A. in psychology from Duke University. He completed the Team Coach (Team Accelerator Coaching Program and Team Coaching International) and is currently submitting ICF MCC Master Coach Certification (4,000 hours of coaching).


CCEUs- .5 Core Competencies and .5 Resource Development Credits.
