March 24th at 9:30 - 11:00am

CCEUs- 1.5 Resource Development Credits

Choose One Word to set the course and direction for your new year. Create and connect clarity, passion and purpose to your year's journey. By living through a single word that is meant just for you, take the opportunity to experience a renewed sense of significance and focus throughout the coming year.

In this Cutting Edge Conversation, we will explore and use breakout rooms as we discuss the following:

=> What One Word did you choose to set your intention for 2022 and how did you come to choose it?

=> How can your One Word impact or change the way you live each day?

=> How can your One Word move you from busyness to purposeful action?

=> How do you anticipate your One Word will stretch you outside your comfort zone?

=> How can we encourage clients to explore the One Word approach to set intentions?

And, join us on September 22, as we come back together, check in on your progress, and discuss setting your One Word for 2023!

Join Amal Saymeh as we share One Word for the year ahead.  Amal’s professional journey started more than two decades ago as a bench-top chemist. She reinvented herself multiple times as she transitioned into technical and strategic project management roles. Amal has co-led company efforts in establishing STEM outreach activities within the community and initiating a Diversity and Inclusion program. Throughout this journey, she discovered her passion for connecting with and supporting people; this inspired her to begin her coaching journey in 2016. Amal uses her coaching and leadership skills to help technical experts successfully transition into and thrive in their leadership roles. She loves to connect and learn with and alongside others.

Amal earned three professional coaching designations: Certified Professional Co-Active® Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active® Training Institute (CTI), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), and Board Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE). She has an MBA in Strategy and Leadership with a focus in Marketing from UNC-Chapel Hill Kenan Flagler Business School, and a BS in Chemistry from UNC-Chapel Hill Chemistry Department.
