Energy of a childWhile coaching is our passion and joy, it can also drain our energy and leave us feeling like we’re running on half a tank. Eden Energy Medicine is a powerful protocol that uses nine of our body’s energy systems to restore our energy level, reduce stress and keep negative energy from impacting us. As a coach, I’ve found these exercises to be invaluable to me as coach and to my clients!

In this hands-on program, participants will learn how to :

  • Restore your energy level
  • Lower your stress levels
  • Reduce the emotional impact of events
  • Protect yourself from taking on the energy of others
This workshop is hands-on with the presenter providing the background of these Eden Energy Medicine techniques and how to apply them into the coaching practice with beneficial results. Participants will be taught how to do the techniques followed by practice with colleagues to ensure they are doing them correctly, along with conversation about how they can use them with their clients.
