Tom Killen is the Vice President of Community Outreach for the ICF Charlotte Area Chapter and the founder of Core Leadership where he supports leaders in reaching their potential and achieving freedom and success in their careers. Prior to founding Core Leadership, Tom served for over 20 years as a talent management leader in Fortune 100 companies where he designed and implemented strategies to identify, assess, and develop leaders. Tom is certified as an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and earned a master’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from Clemson University.

Kelli Hendrickson, ScD, ACC is the Vice President of the ICF Raleigh Area Chapter. Kelli is President of Pathmakers Coaching and is a Career Coach helping women with STEM PhDs create more Success, Time, Energy and Meaning in their careers. She earned her Certified Professional Coach designation from the Transformation Edge Business Coach Institute and holds an Associate Certified Coach designation through the International Coaching Federation. She has a Doctor of Science (ScD) in Ocean Engineering from MIT and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. She also currently holds dual positions as Research Engineer at MIT in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Associate Research Professor at UNC-Chapel Hill in the Carolina Center for Interdisciplinary Applied Mathematics.
