There is substantial evidence that people who focus on using their strengths at work are three times as likely to report having an excellent quality of life and six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs as those who don’t. But as management expert Peter Drucker said, “Most people think they know what they are good at. They are usually wrong. And yet, a person can perform only from strength.”
In this interactive discussion, Mark Crouter will share the foundations of strengths-based performance and development and how these ideas can inform coaching.
Whether you’re already a strengths coach, or you’ve taken the StrengthsFinder yourself, or just want to learn more about it, this presentation will provide you with actionable ideas to help your clients understand themselves better and to apply that awareness to their workplace challenges.
