Meet your presenter: Sackeena Gordon-Jones
Sackeena is the founder and Chief Coaching Officer of Transformation Edge coaching and consulting and the Transformation Edge Business Coach Institute. She brings over 20 years of consulting, coaching, leadership development, DEI and strategic planning experience to organizations in a variety of industries and sectors. With her help, organizations develop and implement innovative, effective and sustainable talent management, coaching programs and learning and development strategies and culture change initiatives.
Sackeena is a frequent keynote speaker and author of ‘The Art and Practice of Transformational Leadership’, and has press mentions and articles in WSJ, Black Enterprise, Choice Coaching Magazine and Psychology Today.
A leader in the coaching field, Sackeena has held global and local board roles with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and Association of Coach Training Organizations (ACTO). She is a current fellow with the Institute of Coaching, and has trained hundreds of coaches both internally for organizations as well as open-enrollment programs.
