• Confidently choose the best mentor coaching program and mentor coach to meet the participant’s needs
• Get the most out of the mentor coaching experience

Frances Paquette, PCC, PMP, CH is passionate about providing superior mentor coaching for those coaches applying for an ICF ACC or PCC credential and/or those wanting to deepen their understanding of the core competencies.  This passion led to her becoming a Certified Mentor Coach in mid-2009.  

As well as holding a number of credentials, Frances Paquette is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming, a Human Behaviour (DISC) trainer, and an experienced alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practitioner/trainer.   She has been running her own successful IT consulting and leadership & executive coaching business for over 13 years.  Frances is currently the ICF Ottawa Chapter President and serves as a subject matter expert for the ICF.
