Join us for an overview of several assessment tools that can be incorporated into your Coaching practice.  These assessment tools will give credibility to your processes as well as give you more insight to explore with your clients.

The program will address:
  • Overview of multiple Assessment Tools, each with a specific focus
  • How to Incorporate the Use of Assessment Tools into the Coaching experience

  • TKI (Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument)

Speakers:  Kim Conklin

Kim Conklin brings 23+ years of global HR experience in Fortune 10 & private organizations including eleven years with General Electric. She holds an MBA from Pennsylvania State University and a BA in Organizational Resource Management and Business Administration from Mercyhurst College.

Kim holds a number of professional certifications including: the Center for Creative Leadership's 360 Assessment Suite, Myer-Briggs Type Indicator, Zenger Miller, DDI, and Six Sigma Black Belt.  She administers the FIRO-B, FIRO-Business and Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode instruments.
